Visitando Hellen Skole

 Primer día de movilidad en este colegio de Bergen. Al llegar el recibimiento lo hace la directora del colegio, quien no tarda en presentar a la jefa de departamento, Anne-Gretel, la maestra que ha organizado esta visita. Toca pasar la mañana en segundo grado, que equivale a segundo de primaria. Llama la atención la llegada de los niños y niñas al colegio. Al entrar a clase se ponen inmediatamente a trabajar y el silencio impera en la clase. Dedican media hora a lectura silenciosa mientras la maestra lee un poco con cada uno. La maestra cuenta que en segundo tienen tres grupos y que rotan a lo largo de la mañana para pasar un rato con cada maestra para lengua, matemáticas e inglés. Cada maestra se encarga de una asignatura y los tres grupos hacen lo mismo. Las tareas que les proponen son alcanzables para todos. La asistant teacher ayuda a quien lo necesita levemente. Nunca interrumpen

Tienen dos descansos. El primero a la hora de llegar de unos 15 min y otro de una hora para comer y para salir al patio. A las 12 vuelven a clase para otras dos sesiones de 45 minutos cada una. Finalizando la mañana con una revisión a lo que han hecho y un rato de relajación. 

Al finalizar la mañana, el profesorado se va y los niños se quedan haciendo actividades extraescolares lúdicas hasta las 16.30

También destaca el,espacio para el,profesorado, con zona de descanso, de reunión y con despachos individuales para todos

Llama la atención lo bien organizado que está todo y la coordinación del profesorado.

First day of mobility at this school in Bergen. Upon arrival, the reception is made by the director of the school, who soon introduces the head of department, Anne-Gretel, the teacher who has organized this visit.  Also noteworthy is the space for the teaching staff, with a rest area, a meeting area and individual offices for everyone.

At the end of the morning, the teachers leave and the children stay doing fun extracurricular activities until 4:30 p.m. It is striking how well organized everything is and the coordination of the teaching staff.
